photoAs an active person throughout her life, Julie’s goal is to train smarter, not harder. She grew up playing club soccer all year round and transitioned into triathlon and marathon training. Having a family of her own motivated her to apply best and most efficient training methodologies for herself and to those she trains. Concentrating on a person’s core strength, balance, agility, speed, and reaction time is what she believes what brings the best results for ones performance, body awareness, and fitness.
