As an active person throughout her life, Julie’s goal is to train smarter, not harder. She grew up playing club soccer all year round and transitioned into triathlon and marathon training. Having a family of her own motivated her to apply best and most efficient training methodologies for herself and to those she trains. Concentrating on a person’s core strength, balance, agility, speed, and reaction time is what she believes what brings the best results for ones performance, body awareness, and fitness.
